The parish church, originally late Gothic (15th
Century) was remodelled internally in Baroque
style in 1735 (ceiling fresco by Matthäus
Günther). The Servite Church (1709), closer
to the river and which features a picture at the
bottom of this page, has some fine stucco work
and frescos.

Since 1820 the firm of Kisslinger has been
making and presenting fine glass and crystal ware
in Rattenberg. In the beginning of the thirties
the engraver Ferdinand Kisslinger came to
Rattenberg and later established his company in
1946.
Each year thousands of local people and tourists
visit the shop and are able to see the process of
crystal making from the furnace to the finished
product. It is also possible to view the local
craftsman (glassblowers, cutters, engravers and
painters) at work.
